It is free to access our ever-growing knowledgebase of information and resources to help those wanting to learn how to buy or sell directly. And free for homeowners to connect and message buyers. And there is no intention of changing that.

There will be a fee for buyers that would like to send a mail campaign to owners of off-market homes.

Even though it is free to create a login to access the knowledgebase, there are plans to develop new and enhanced features that will require a login - and we thought it would be better to ask for it now and not bother you later.

We also intentially made it quick and easy to create a login. And rest assured - your privacy is protected.

Not necessarily. The sales price in a direct sale could be lower, higher or the same than if it were listed and sold using real estate agents.

A homeowner could agree to a sales price that might be lower than if they listed it with an agent, but they certainly don't have to.
